Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a Senior Production Operative based in Milton Keynes for a leading national bakery. The role offers full-time hours with rotating shifts (5:30am–2:00pm and 1:30pm–10:00pm) and a pay rate of £14.25–£21.38 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half. Temp to perm opportunity with on-site support, a canteen, and free car parking.

Experience in a similar role is required, and attention to detail and good communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Working in low-risk/high-risk/enclosed packing areas preparing raw materials, mixing, processing, slicing, and cooling products for Packing and Packing product.
• Ensuring that all production activities are carried out safely, effectively, and efficiently to produce safe and legal products.
• Reporting any breakdowns and ensuring procedures are followed accordingly.
• Weighing up ingredients prior to mixing.
• Carrying out any other reasonable duties within the production area.
• Ensuring that you fully conform to health & safety guidelines.

Great opportunity to work as a Senior Production Operative for our client - a leading national bakery.

Staffline is recruiting a Senior Production Operative based in Milton Keynes.

The rate of pay is £14.25- £21.38 per hour.

Overtime is available and is paid at time and a half.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, 4 on 2 off. The hours of work are:

• Day shift, 5:30am to 2pm
• Night shift, 1:30pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

As a Senior Production Operative, your duties include:
