Cornish Bakery in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Bakery Manager to lead a high-end bakery team, uphold exceptional customer service, and hit sales and KPI targets while maintaining top food quality and safety standards.

£37,000 annual basic salary

Average on target bonus pay out of £5,000 per annum

Retention bonus of £2,000 paid in two parts

We are looking for an experienced manager with leadership experience in food service and customer-facing environments. Proven track record of managing teams, delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales and KPI targets, and maintaining high food quality and safety standards. A motivated and adaptable leader who excels at coaching staff, improving performance, and creating positive customer experiences.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality, food service, retail, café, bakery, or restaurant environments.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience managing sales targets, budgets, and KPIs.
• Food preparation and food service experience.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
• Experience in staff training and coaching.
• Ability to manage stock, wastage, and controllable costs.
• Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
