Job summary

Cornish Bakery is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager in the United Kingdom. This full‑time role focuses on leading shifts, coaching staff to brand standards and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also help develop the team, bake with passion and contribute to making the bakery a welcoming hub in the community.

You’ll receive training through Rise and Shine and have opportunities to grow within a growing bakery brand within your local area.
