Job summary

Cornish Bakery in Taunton, United Kingdom, is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide shifts, uphold brand standards and deliver outstanding service. You’ll train and coach colleagues, motivate the team and ensure quality, food safety and efficiency on busy days.

You’ll work with the management team to drive sales while creating brilliant bakery experiences for customers and supporting your team to thrive and develop.

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in food service, hospitality or retail.

• Support the Management Team with day-to-day operation of the bakery.
