Zego in London is seeking an ambitious junior backend engineer ready to ship production code and learn fast. You will be part of a product team building and maintaining Python services powering real-time insurance features.

You will work with AI-first tooling, pair with senior engineers, and grow rapidly as you gain experience and ownership. This is a hands-on role designed for early-career developers.

Qualifications

• Professional coding experience in a software development role
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, OOP, testing and version control

Responsibilities

• Build, test and ship backend services powering customer products
