Qualifications

• Backend and cloud microservices experience with Python or another language
• Strong fundamentals: data structures, algorithms and OOP
• Delivery discipline: testing, debugging, refactoring, version control and CI/CD
• Data fluency: SQL and document databases
• Ownership at pace: work independently with evolving requirements
• You work AI-first: daily use of AI with curiosity and ownership
