Qualifications

• Backend and cloud microservices experience; Python stack preferred.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and OOP.
• Delivery discipline: testing, debugging, refactoring, VCS, CI/CD.
• Data fluency with SQL and document databases.
• Ownership at pace with independent work and evolving requirements.
• AI-first mindset; curiosity, fast experimentation, ownership.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems with reliable, well-tested software.
• Develop, test, deploy and own Python microservices delivering business value.
• Shape architectural decisions for scalable systems.
• Improve code quality through reviews and clear, documented code.
• Ship outcomes with cross-functional teams including Product Managers.
• Influence team direction and optimize processes.
