Job summary

Boparan Restaurant Group is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support our busy kitchen across brands in the UK. You’ll prep ingredients, cook dishes to specification, and ensure every plate meets high standards.

Work alongside a collaborative team to maintain a fast-paced, guest‑focused kitchen environment. You’ll help keep stock organized, report shortages, and follow strict hygiene and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Food preparation, cooking and plating following recipes and presentation standards.
• Quality assurance to ensure dishes meet taste and presentation.
• Kitchen organization and cleanliness to ensure smooth operation.
• Team support and collaboration to assist teammates during service.
• Stock monitoring and reporting shortages to keep the kitchen stocked.
• Compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.

• Kitchen Organization: Keep your workspace clean and organised, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Team Support: Work closely with your teammates, helping where needed to ensure seamless service.
• Stock Management: Monitor ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to keep the kitchen well-stocked and ready.
• Safety and Hygiene: Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
