Our Restaurant Hub is seeking a Back of House Team Member to help deliver memorable dining experiences across our brands. You’ll prep ingredients, plate dishes, and support a fast-paced kitchen while upholding our high standards of taste and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, cook, and plate dishes following recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen is perfect, from taste to presentation.
• Keep workspace clean and organised to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with teammates to support seamless service.
• Monitor ingredients and supplies and report shortages to keep stock adequate.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene standards to maintain a safe kitchen.

• Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients, cook, and plate dishes with care, following our recipes and presentation standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen is perfect, from taste to presentation.
• Kitchen Organization: Keep your workspace clean and organised, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Team Support: Work closely with your teammates, helping where needed to ensure seamless service.
• Stock Management: Monitor ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to keep the kitchen well-stocked and ready.
• Safety and Hygiene: Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
