Job summary

BRG Canley Restaurant Hub, located just off the A45 inside Sainsbury's, Coventry, is hiring a Back of House Team Member. You’ll prep ingredients, cook and plate dishes, follow recipes, and help ensure every plate meets our high standards to delight guests.

You’ll work closely with a supportive team, maintain kitchen hygiene, monitor stock, and keep the space organized for smooth service. We offer flexible hours and opportunities for training and development as part of the Boparan Restaurant

• Kitchen Organization: Keep your workspace clean and organised, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Team Support: Work closely with your teammates, helping where needed to ensure seamless service.
• Stock Management: Monitor ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to keep the kitchen well-stocked and ready.
• Safety and Hygiene: Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
