Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG) in London’s Sydenham is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support our busy kitchen. You’ll handle food preparation, plating, and quality checks to help deliver consistent dishes.

Join a collaborative team at our Sydenham Restaurant Hub inside Sainsbury’s Bell Green Retail Park, a short walk from Sydenham Tube. Flexible hours, training, and staff discounts are offered, with a focus on hygiene and safety.

Qualifications

• Team Support: Work closely with your teammates, helping where needed to ensure seamless service.
• Stock Management: Monitor ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to keep the kitchen well-stocked and ready.
• Safety and Hygiene: Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
