Job summary

The Restaurant Hub - Wolverhampton is seeking a Back of House Team Member to help prepare ingredients, plate dishes, and uphold high culinary standards. You will work behind the scenes to ensure every plate reflects quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• A good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to follow recipes and presentation guides.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, cook, and plate dishes following recipes and standards.
• Ensure every dish meets taste and presentation quality.
• Keep workspace clean and organised for smooth operations.
• Support teammates to ensure seamless service from prep to plate.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to keep kitchen prepared.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene rules at all times.

• Kitchen Organization: Keep your workspace clean and organised, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Team Support: Work closely with your teammates, helping where needed to ensure seamless service.
• Stock Management: Monitor ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to keep the kitchen well-stocked and ready.
• Safety and Hygiene: Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
