Ed's Easy Diner is seeking a part-time Back of House Team Member to support our vibrant Birmingham operation at the Bull Ring. You’ll help prepare dishes, maintain high kitchen standards, and keep the back of house running smoothly to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Ideal candidates are team players who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. The role includes weekend shifts and potential extra shifts during holidays.

What You’ll Do:

As a vital part of our Back of House team, you'll be the engine that powers the diner experience. From preparing our mouth-watering dishes to ensuring every plate meets our high standards, you'll play a crucial role in bringing the Ed's Easy Diner experience to life. Your work behind the scenes will set the stage for memorable meals and happy guests.
This role is weekend based with opportunity to pick up extra shifts during busy periods such as school holidays and Christmas.

• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• A team player who thrives under pressure and enjoys the hustle and bustle
• Previous experience in a kitchen role is a plus, but enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are what really matter!
