The Restaurant Hub - Sevenoaks invites you to join our busy back-of-house team, helping prep ingredients, cook, and plate dishes to a high standard. You’ll support a fast-paced kitchen and ensure every plate meets our quality expectations.

• Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients, cook, and plate dishes with care, following our recipes and presentation standards.

• Kitchen Organization: Keep your workspace clean and organised, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Team Support: Work closely with your teammates, helping where needed to ensure seamless service.
• Stock Management: Monitor ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to keep the kitchen well-stocked and ready.
• Safety and Hygiene: Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
