Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a kitchen or fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities.
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-of-house operations to ensure consistent food prep.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the kitchen team.
