The Ritz London is seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress to join the Ritz Restaurant Department in central London. You will deliver flawless service, maintain The Ritz's legendary standards, and expertly present menu items with knowledge of ingredients and accompaniments.

You'll work closely with the kitchen, managers and the sommelier team to ensure an unparalleled guest experience, handling orders, upselling where appropriate, and upholding exceptional English communication and professional poise.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Ritz Restaurant Department as a Head Waiter / Waitress.

As a Head Waiter / Waitress, you must be passionate about and committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests and clients while maintaining The Ritz London’s legendary standards of service. You must ensure you are fully conversant with all menu items, including their ingredients, presentation, accompaniments, and availability. You must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to take guests’ orders, recommend specialities, and upsell where relevant. Working closely with the kitchen, managers, and sommelier team, you must ensure the experience of food, beverage, and service in The Ritz Restaurant remains unparalleled.
