Qualifications

• Experience in similar environment and ability to work in dynamic hospitality settings.
• Experience changing kegs and maintaining stock levels using FIFO methods.
• Ability to work long hours on your feet and lift manually when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage cellar stock and kegs, ensuring FIFO and production flow.
• Move stock and equipment between ground areas as needed.
• Restock bars and clear waste, especially after events and functions.
• Ensure back-of-house areas are tidy and free of rubbish after shifts.
• Set up rooms and kiosks as directed for events and matches.
