Job description

As a Logistics Team Member, you'll be the backbone of our Food & Beverage (F&B) services. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly, from cellar operations to event logistics, all while maintaining a safe and organized environment. • Keep It Clean & Tidy: Maintain cleanliness and organization in all dry stores and cellar areas.
• Master of Storage: Accurately store and label all onsite goods.
• Quality Control: Ensure safe unloading and loading procedures for all incoming goods and equipment.
• Stock Management: Manage wet stock levels and ensure proper rotation.
• Event Day: Monitor and replenish stock levels during events/matchdays.
• Distribution: Distribute stock and goods to all retail and premium areas and bars.
• Safety First: Follow all health and safety guidelines, including wearing correct PPE.
• Cross-Departmental Support: Assist with stock, furniture, and equipment movements between bars, units, and kitchens.
• Waste Management: Ensure all waste is removed and recorded post-event.
• Issue Reporter: Report any stock level issues or equipment damage promptly.
• Goods Handler: Safely handle various items, including drinks, alcohol (keg) stock, bar and kitchen equipment, and food products.
• All-Rounder: Perform any other tasks requested by the line manager or Head of Department to ensure smooth logistics operations. Passion for food and service.
