Job summary

Early Years Alliance in Luton is recruiting a Healthy Babies Support Worker to join the Flying Start/Best Start Family Hub programme. You will deliver antenatal to five years services, promoting healthy infant feeding, parent-infant relationships and wider family support across sites and outreach locations.

The role is fixed term until March 2028 with a 16-hour week and 52 weeks per year, requiring travel between Luton sites.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable effective communication with families and professionals.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and processes.
• Experience working with cross-agency teams and services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver antenatal and postnatal group sessions and individual support at Family Hub sites and outreach locations.
• Promote 1001 critical days and support early years development and wellbeing.
