Job summary

Sanderson is seeking a BA Practice Lead to own and advance its Business Analysis capability across a sizable change and transformation function. This leadership role emphasizes people, capability and continuous improvement rather than hands-on delivery.

You will lead a team of Business Analysts, set professional standards, and ensure the BA function supports diverse change initiatives across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Business Analysts within change, transformation or project delivery environments.
• Strong people management skills, with a track record of coaching and developing individuals and teams.
• A solid background in Business Analysis best practice, including requirements gathering, process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience establishing or improving BA frameworks, standards and ways of working.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in complex or matrix organisations would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Business Analysts.
• Owning and evolving the Business Analysis practice, ensuring consistent standards and methodologies.
• Building a strong BA community that encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Working closely with change and delivery leaders to ensure Business Analysis remains a key contributor to successful project outcomes.
• Providing guidance and support on complex analysis activities while helping drive continuous improvement across the function.
