La Fosse Associates in London is seeking a BA Practice Lead on a 2-year fixed-term contract to build out a mature Business Analysis capability. You will inherit a small team of BAs and shape how analysis supports major transformation initiatives.

We’re partnering with a major UK organisation that is investing heavily in a significant, multi-year technology and business transformation programme. As part of that investment, they’re looking for a BA Practice Lead to come in and build out a more mature, consistent Business Analysis capability.
You’ll inherit a small team of experienced BAs, and a few dotted line reports. The capability is there – what’s missing is the structure around it.
You’ll have the opportunity to put your stamp on how Business Analysis is done across the organisation, including:
You’ll probably be operating as a BA Practice Lead, Head of Business Analysis, BA Manager or experienced Lead BA who has already had responsibility for developing a wider capability.
The sweet spot is someone who has:
Experience from a service-led, operational environment such as transport, travel, hospitality, retail or infrastructure would be particularly interesting, but isn’t essential.
This is very much a build rather than maintain opportunity.The wider transformation programme is significant, the investment is there and the leadership team is looking for someone who can come in, bring some structure and genuinely raise the maturity of the BA capability.
