Job summary

TRIA in London seeks an experienced Business Analysis Practice Lead to establish and shape the BA function during a major transformation. You will build and lead a community of Business Analysts, define best practice, and embed a professional BA capability across the organisation.

Working with senior stakeholders, programme leadership and technology teams, you will standardise processes, governance and documentation, guiding multiple initiatives from discovery through delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading or managing BA teams in large organisations.
• Proven track record line-managing, mentoring and developing BAs.
• Experience establishing or maturing a BA practice, capability or CoE.
• Experience embedding BA standards, governance, frameworks and documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills at senior leadership level.
• Comfort operating in evolving, ambiguous environments.
• Experience driving business process improvement and organisational change.
• Experience in transport, logistics, retail, hospitality, aviation or frontline workforce sectors.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a BA practice with a clear vision, framework and roadmap.
• Build a collaborative BA community and drive capability development.
• Define BA methodologies, standards, templates and documentation.
• Standardise processes and governance across programmes and units.
• Line manage and mentor BAs supporting their development and performance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify process improvements.
• Ensure requirements and solutions align with strategic objectives.
• Champion best practice across large transformation programmes.
