Qualifications

• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Awareness of service management concepts, including service design, transition and performance.
• Familiarity with workshops, interviews and document analysis.
• Experience in public sector or complex delivery environments is desirable.
• Ability to interpret evidence into practical outputs.
