Job summary

Sanderson is seeking a Principal Developer to lead technical delivery and mentor engineers across multiple client-facing projects. This hands-on leadership role combines technical expertise with team management and project ownership.

You will oversee design reviews, delivery quality, defect triage, and escalation of complex issues while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, financial services, or other data-intensive environments.
• Proven track record of leading technical delivery projects.
• Experience managing or mentoring development teams.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working within structured change management processes.

• Lead and mentor a team of Developers across multiple levels.

• Drive engineering standards and development best practices.
• Review and approve technical solution designs.
