Job summary

La Fosse Associates in London is seeking a BA Practice Lead on a 2-year fixed-term contract to build out a mature Business Analysis capability. You will inherit a small team of BAs and shape how analysis supports major transformation initiatives.

You will establish standards, lead, coach and develop the BA function, and ensure requirements management, traceability, and QA drive value across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience building or maturing a BA practice.
• Proven leadership of BA teams across large transformations.
• Strong requirements management and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Building and maturing the BA practice.
• Creating consistent standards, methodology and ways of working.
• Leading, coaching and developing an experienced BA team.
• Improving requirements management, traceability and QA.
• Raising maturity of process mapping and as-is/to-be process design.
• Making sure analysis is driving the right business outcomes, rather than simply documenting requirements.
• Getting involved early to help shape new initiatives before they move into delivery.
• Managing BA capacity across a broad portfolio of change.
• Working closely with Delivery, Transformation, PMO and external partners.
• Rolling your sleeves up and getting involved in the more complex pieces of work when needed.
