Job summary

PIB Group in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced leader to head the B2C Sales team, directing sales volumes, revenue and service delivery to meet targets. You will own performance across the team and ensure timely, accurate, compliant operations in line with procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a B2C sales team to achieve targets and KPI's.
• Strong coaching and performance management of individuals.
• Ability to design and implement process improvements in a high‑challenge environment.

Responsibilities

• Owns and delivers sales volumes, revenue and service across the B2C sales team to meet minimum targets.
• Lead and develop team leaders to achieve high sales performance and compliant operations.
• Inspires the team to maximise productivity, efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Manage performance through coaching, 1:1 reviews and progression plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes ensuring FCA and Consumer Duty compliance.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and uphold company values across all activities.
