Job summary

PIB Group is seeking a B2C Sales & Retention Manager to lead a dynamic team in Chester. You will own sales volumes, revenue, and service delivery, ensuring targets are met while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.

The role focuses on coaching leaders, driving performance, and enforcing compliant operations within a consultative, high-energy environment. You will collaborate with marketing on campaigns, recruit new team members, and implement continuous improvement to processes

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a B2C sales team.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Knowledge of FCA and Consumer Duty obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the B2C Sales team and team leaders to deliver high sales performance.
• Drive the team to achieve monthly targets and maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design and deliver campaigns that grow sales and engagement.
• Ensure processes are compliant with FCA and Consumer Duty requirements.
• Provide coaching, 1:1 reviews and progression plans for staff.
