Accent Office Interiors Ltd is seeking a confident Telemarketing Executive in Ilkeston to drive outbound cold calling and generate new business opportunities. You will research target companies, log all activity in Pipedrive, and book qualified meetings for the Sales & BD team.

The role offers a full-time position with standard hours, salary £26,000–£30,000 depending on experience, and benefits including a pension scheme and provided phone/laptop. Part-time discussion possible.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B telemarketing, cold calling or appointment-setting experience preferred.
• Confident telephone manner; competent in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems such as Pipedrive.
• Resilient, organised and comfortable with call activity and quality targets.

Responsabilités

• Research target companies, contacts and decision-makers.
• Make consistent outbound cold calls to new business prospects every working day.
• Qualify initial needs and book relevant meetings for the Sales & BD Team.
• Log calls, outcomes and next actions accurately in Pipedrive.
• Follow up prospects promptly by telephone and email.
• Maintain an organised prospect list and call pipeline.
• Review activity and results weekly with the Sales Director.
