Qualifications

• Previous experience in Sales Development or related client-facing tech sales roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in professional UK business English.
• Strong active-listening, discovery, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, directors and operations managers.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining sales-pipeline records.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients across relevant industries and target markets.
• Generate qualified leads through email, LinkedIn, phone outreach, referrals and events.
• Proactively contact decision-makers and introduce AR Experts Ltd and BizAlign products.
• Maintain a healthy, well-organised sales pipeline and coordinate discovery calls and demonstrations.
• Follow up with prospects through the sales cycle and tailor demonstrations to client needs.
