Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Sales Development Representative for the Europe and Israel market to curate and qualify leads for our Tech2B AI products. You will collaborate with Marketing, Solution and User Growth teams to identify opportunities and feed high-quality prospects to Account Executives.

In this role you will develop and qualify new opportunities, conduct high-level conversations with business owners, and drive the sales pipeline across channels including events, reports, blogs and social

Qualifications

3+ years in technology-related B2B sales or lead generation.
Comfortable with cold calling and delivering professional pitches.
Metrics-driven, goal-oriented, adaptable to change.
Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
Conduct high-level conversations with business owners in prospect accounts.
Outbound calls to pitch solutions and convert leads into customers.
Meet monthly and quarterly quotas for Meetings Generated and Qualified Opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing, AEs and Alliances to drive targeted strategies.
Develop skills and knowledge to generate valuable opportunities.
