Anonymous is seeking a hands-on Marketing Lead for a growing UK technology company whose software supports healthcare organisations in the UK and internationally.

You will own marketing from day one, shaping brand, messaging and strategy, while remaining hands-on with the website, content, digital campaigns, exhibitions and PR. This is not a delegated agency role; you’ll develop the strategy and then execute it.

Qualifications

• Five years’ plus experience in B2B marketing; breadth and delivered results valued
• Experience across brand, websites, content, digital marketing and exhibitions; highly autonomous
• Personally built and maintained a professional website (not just briefed an agency)
• CRM and marketing automation platforms; LinkedIn, analytics; AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT
• Healthcare/medical technology/health IT or other regulated B2B experience attractive but not essential
• International marketing, trade PR, video production or major exhibitions experience advantageous

Responsabilités

• Own the marketing activity across UK/Europe/MEA/US
• Develop and deliver marketing strategy and annual plan
• Shape brand, positioning, messaging and value proposition
• Build and manage a new company website (Webflow/Framer)
• Create engaging website, LinkedIn, case studies and product content
• Produce presentations, collateral and promotional/video content
• Use AI tools to improve marketing workflows
• Develop customer case studies and testimonials
• Build relations with trade media and PR opportunities
• Plan and manage international exhibitions and conferences
• Manage email campaigns, CRM activity, analytics and lead follow-up
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering and senior leadership
