SolviT Recruitment Ltd in Leicester is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager for a busy engineering company. This is an office-based role (Mon – Fri) with no remote options, requiring you to drive and grow sales, identify opportunities and build relationships with customers.

You will work across marketing and sales, managing outbound calls, cold outreach and target achievement, while leveraging social media to support campaigns and brand presence in a B2B context.

Qualifications

• Experience in both sales and marketing, with a proven track record in B2B environments.
• Strong outbound sales experience including cold calling and achieving targets.
• Confident using social media platforms for business growth (Instagram, TikTok).
