Job summary

ST Selection is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead a small team within a specialist design and manufacturing business in the Brownhills area. The role focuses on driving revenue and managing both sales and marketing activities.

You will oversee B2B and B2C lead generation, develop plans with Directors, and ensure HubSpot CRM is used effectively to manage pipelines. Salary £40-50K + bonus, with pension, 25 days leave and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading a sales and marketing team within an SME.
• Experience within construction, manufacturing or similar industries.
• Ability to measure and analyse sales revenue.
• Driven to increase team sales revenue and take responsibility for results.

Responsibilities

• Leading a small sales & marketing team to drive performance.
• Measuring and increasing revenue through team activity.
• Driving B2B and B2C leads and enquiries.
• Developing sales & marketing plans alongside the Directors.
• Setting and developing team processes and procedures.

• Direct involvement in sales activity and large accounts.
