Job summary

Peninsula Group is recruiting a Sales Executive in Manchester City Centre to build a B2B sales pipeline by calling small business owners and networking. You’ll introduce Peninsula’s HR and Health & Safety services to SMEs across the UK and schedule appointments for field-based BDMs, aiming for strong callback rates and a thriving pipeline.

All training is provided; top performers can earn £90,000+ per year with an extensive benefits package and enhanced commission plans, including quarterly

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales role, either in-person or telephone based.
• Ability to make outbound calls confidently without a script.
• Naturally strong relationship builder with targets driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a B2B sales pipeline through outbound calls and networking.
• Introduce Peninsula's HR & Health & Safety services to SMEs across the UK.
• Schedule appointments for field-based BDMs during calls.
• Aim to maximize results per call to grow callbacks and pipeline.
• Meet daily targets to drive commission earnings.
