Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + company car allowance.

Location: Leeds – free parking.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to grow our Health and Safety and HR services within the commercial sector. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales and can offer tailored solutions to meet client needs. This role requires strategic thinking, client prospecting, relationship building, and deal closing across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Research and identify potential clients needing health, safety, and HR services (e.g., risk assessments, safety training, compliance audits, HR outsourcing) in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client pain points and needs.

Client Consultation and Needs Assessment:

  • Engage with clients to understand their health, safety, and HR challenges, including compliance issues.
  • Conduct needs assessments to tailor services accordingly.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers such as HR Directors, Operations Managers, and Safety Officers.
  • Explain service offerings and how they meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, demonstrations, and presentations to close sales.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing within set parameters.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, handling objections, and closing deals.
  • Ensure accurate completion of contracts and documentation.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

  • Proven sales experience (3+ years) in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and HR processes is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and objection handling.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and meet targets.
