Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B SalesExecutive to join our team and drive the growth of our Health andSafety and HR team within commercial sector. The ideal candidate willhave a proven track record in B2B sales and the ability to offertailored solutions that meet client needs. This role requires astrategic thinker who can identify potential clients, build strongrelationships, and close deals with businesses across variousindustries.

Key Responsibilities:

LeadGeneration and Prospecting:

  • Working with internal clientservicing teams to research and identify potential commercial clientsin need of health and safety and HR services (e.g., risk assessments,safety training, compliance audits, HR outsourcing).
  • Developand maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling,email campaigns, and attending industry events.
  • Qualify leadsby understanding client pain points, business challenges, and healthand safety needs.

Client Consultation and NeedsAssessment:

  • Engage with potential clients to understandtheir specific health, safety, and HR

challenges,including compliance with industry regulations

  • Conductthorough needs assessments to tailor services that address theclient’s specific requirements, ensuring comprehensive safety and HRsolutions.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makerswithin organizations (HR Directors, Operations Managers, SafetyOfficers, etc.).
  • Clearly explain service offerings such aspolicies, documents, employee training, risk assessments, complianceaudits, and HR support, and how they meet the client’s needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, productdemonstrations, and presentations to close sales.

Closing Sales:

  • Negotiate terms and pricing withclients, within set parameters, ensuring alignment with their budgetsand business goals.
  • Drive the sales process from initialcontact to contract signing, handling objections, and facilitatingsmooth deal closures.
  • Ensure the timely and accuratecompletion of contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation.

Key Requirements :

Experience:

  • Proven sales experience (3+ years) in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and HRprocesses would be an advantage.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with theability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handleobjections effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, managea sales pipeline, and meet sales targets.
