Job summary

Shipmate, a shipping automation SaaS platform in the UK, seeks a seasoned B2B SaaS Marketing Manager. You will own end-to-end campaigns from planning to reporting, generating qualified sales opportunities across customer segments and driving pipeline growth.

You will sharpen Shipmate's positioning in target markets and run campaigns that convert positioning into measurable results while optimizing the marketing budget and contributing to revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B SaaS marketing experience with lead gen & pipeline focus.
• Track record planning and running paid, email & outbound campaigns with measurable results.
• Commercial mindset; shows how marketing activity translates to revenue and targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; persuasive messaging.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run campaigns end to end with KPIs.
• Develop positioning and messaging for ideal customer profiles.
• Create ads, landing pages, emails and sales collateral to drive leads.
• Manage paid advertising to convert in-market intent into pipeline.
• Nurture prospects via targeted emails and outbound programs.
• Coordinate with creatives, web & collateral teams for campaign assets.
