Wise is seeking a data‑driven Paid Search Senior Executive to drive B2B acquisition for Wise Business across multiple markets and languages. You will manage large Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, leveraging automation and AI features to improve efficiency and sign‑ups.

The role focuses on end‑to‑end campaign management, analysis, and collaboration with Marketing, Product and Analytics to optimize the business customer journey.

Competenze

• 1–2+ years of experience running direct‑response paid search campaigns for a fast‑growing business or agency.
• Experience acquiring B2B customers or working with business‑focused products is highly preferred.
• Practical experience using Google Ads; experience with Microsoft Ads or other performance marketing platforms is beneficial.

• Manage and optimise paid search campaigns focused on acquiring net-new Wise Business customers and driving sign‑ups.
• Work across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts covering multiple markets, languages and segments.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify trends to increase sign‑ups and acquisition efficiency.
• Use keyword, search‑term and audience insights to identify high‑intent business customers and improve relevance.
• Support campaign launches and expansion into new markets and channels.
• Perform regular account maintenance and quality checks to ensure campaigns run correctly.
