Wise is a global technology company helping people move and manage money. We seek a data-driven Paid Search Senior Executive to optimize campaigns across platforms, markets and languages.

You will bring 1–2 years of hands-on paid search experience, work with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Apple Ads, analyse campaign data, and leverage AI-powered features to improve performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of hands-on paid search experience.
• Experience with Google Ads; Microsoft Ads or Apple Ads is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding and measurement.
• Confident working with campaign data to identify trends and next steps.
• Interest in automation, AI and evolving search marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Apple Ads for multiple markets/languages.
• Use automation and AI-powered features to improve performance and efficiency.
• Run structured tests on ad copy, assets, targeting and landing pages; translate results into actions.
• Maintain and improve campaign reports and dashboards; communicate performance clearly.
