Job summary

Arc Legal Group, a specialist provider of ancillary insurance products, seeks a Marketing Manager to join on a hybrid basis with two days a week in Colchester. The role is hands-on, broad, and owner-driven, with travel to the Colchester office as needed.

You will develop marketing activity to support growth, create content across digital channels, support business development, and manage multiple campaigns while building strong stakeholder relationships across the business.

Qualifications

• Broad B2B marketing experience.
• Confident to work independently and own workload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Organized, proactive and able to prioritise.
• Experience in insurance/financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are Arc Legal and we're a specialist provider of ancillary insurance products. Part of the global ANV group, we have more than 20 years of experience and as experts in our field, we are obsessed with delivering high quality bespoke products and excellent customer service.

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team on a hybrid basis, with two days a week working from our Colchester office. This is a hands-on, broad marketing role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, getting stuck in and making things happen. Whilst the role can be based remotely, you'll need to be able to travel to our Colchester office on occasion.

As Our Marketing Manager, You'll

• Develop and deliver marketing activity that supports business growth and commercial objectives
• Create and maintain content across multiple channels, including digital, social media, website, email and sales collateral
• Support business development activity through tenders, presentations and client-facing materials
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver effective marketing solutions
• Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
• Monitor market activity and identify opportunities to support growth
• Act as the go-to marketing contact for Arc Legal

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience in a broad B2B marketing role
• Is confident working independently and taking ownership of their workload

• Can engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business
• Is organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
• Ideally has experience within insurance, financial services or another regulated industry
