Connect Legal Partners is seeking a strategic marketing and BD leader to steer growth for one of its sector groups. You will shape market positioning, manage key client relationships and build the pipeline across the firm’s network.

You will plan and run campaigns for priority clients, line manage a marketing manager and an executive, and work with sector leaders on a three year growth plan. The role offers flexible hybrid working and a strong development path.

Qualifications

• Strong marketing and BD experience in professional services.
• Good project management and organisation.
• Team leadership experience.
• International experience would help.
