Who is Lift?

Lift is a purpose-built Media Buying and Data Management Platform (DMP), designed specifically for the global iGaming sector, with clients such as Bet365, Hard Rock, Stake, and many more.

Lift helps operators and agencies drive acquisition, retention, and ROI through advanced targeting, real-time optimization, and smart audience segmentation—across display, mobile, video, and TV.

As iGaming expands globally and becomes more competitive and regulated, Lift leads the way with compliant, scalable advertising solutions that truly perform.

We’re now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to elevate Lift’s profile, strengthen its positioning in the iGaming ecosystem, and drive demand through compelling storytelling and lead generation.

What are we recruiting for?

As Marketing Manager, you’ll be the voice behind Lift’s brand—building visibility, trust, and demand across key iGaming markets. You’ll shape the narrative around how our platform helps iGaming brands acquire and retain high-value users, in a privacy-first world.

You’ll bring together creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on hustle to lead campaigns, create content, and support commercial growth in a performance-driven, highly regulated space.

What will you be doing?

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop Lift’s brand messaging for the iGaming vertical across markets (US, UK, EU, LatAm, etc.). Differentiate Lift in a crowded landscape through clear, credible storytelling.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, content, and paid media. Tailor messaging for different audiences: operators, agencies, affiliates, and partners.
  • Content & Thought Leadership: Own the content calendar and produce (or commission) blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and guides focused on iGaming marketing challenges. Partner with sales and product to create high-impact collateral: decks, one-pagers, product sheets, etc.
  • Events & Partnerships: Manage Lift’s presence at major iGaming and ad tech events (e.g., ICE, SBC, G2E). Coordinate stands, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and lead-generation follow-ups.
  • Website, SEO & Social: Maintain and evolve website content and structure to support iGaming positioning and SEO. Drive engagement on LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other relevant channels.
  • Sales & Revenue Enablement: Create resources that enable sales to communicate Lift’s value and close deals effectively. Align closely with commercial teams to refine messaging based on market feedback.
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and track the impact of marketing programs on brand visibility and pipeline. Use data to optimize spend, targeting, and creative.

What will you bring to the party?

  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in ad tech, martech, gaming, or SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, programmatic advertising, and CTV.
  • Knowledge of first-party data strategy, identity, and privacy trends.
  • Exceptional writing and content creation skills.
  • A strong eye for brand consistency and a knack for turning complex ideas into compelling narratives.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Figma/Canva, Google Analytics, and paid media platforms.
  • Bonus: Experience working in regulated markets or with compliance-sensitive industries.
