As we expand, we are building a marketing team focused on lead generation, website optimisation, and creating sales collateral to support business growth.
Depotnet joined Everfield in 2023. The team is based on-site in Henley-in-Arden.
About the role
We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to take ownership of demand generation, website performance, and sales enablement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven marketing, knows how to optimise a website for conversions, and can create high-impact sales materials to support the commercial team. You'll work closely with sales to ensure they have the right marketing assets to turn leads into customers.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact and drive measurable growth for Depotnet.
What you’ll be doing
Lead generation & demand generation
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract, capture, and convert leads through inbound and outbound tactics
Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting to generate high-quality leads
Implement email marketing and lead nurturing strategies to engage prospects and support sales conversion
Collaborate with sales to refine lead scoring and improve conversion rates
Website & conversion optimisation
Own the website strategy, ensuring it is optimised for lead generation and SEO
Continuously test and improve landing pages, sign-up forms, and calls-to-action to maximise conversions
Monitor website analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Work with developers or external agencies to ensure best UX/UI practices for a seamless and high-performing website
Sales enablement & content creation
Develop sales collateral, including one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, and product brochures to support the sales team
Create customer success stories and testimonials that showcase the impact of Depotnet’s solutions
Work with subject matter experts to produce educational content that addresses customer pain points and strengthens thought leadership
Develop detailed buyer personas and craft targeted content for each stage of the customer journey
Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all marketing and sales materials
Performance tracking & data-driven Optimisation
Define key KPIs for lead generation, website performance, and campaign success
Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation
Continuously experiment with new strategies and A/B test messaging, ads, and landing pages to improve effectiveness
What we’re looking for
5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or a technology-driven industry
Experience in running successful lead generation campaigns across paid ads, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing
Experience in website management and CRO (conversion rate optimisation)
Ability to create sales collateral and marketing materials that drive engagement and conversions
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.
An analytical mindset with the ability to measure success and optimise marketing efforts based on data
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams
Experience in field service management software or related (CAFM, CMMS etc) preferred but not required
Experience in utilities industry preferred but not required
