The Role:

Reporting to the Business Director, you will work with the Growth team and wider agency to execute brand marketing, content, and communication strategies. Your goal is to increase awareness of PrettyGreen and strengthen our positioning within the UK and global communications industry. You will collaborate across teams to create marketing collateral, lead, and mentor the Digital Marketing Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Lead planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media.
  3. Oversee content creation, ensuring high quality and audience engagement.
  4. Manage marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
  5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with PR, influencer marketing, and events teams to ensure integrated efforts.
  7. Define and track KPIs for all marketing activities.
  8. Ensure marketing efforts reflect our commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB).
  9. Work with the Brand Director to maintain consistent brand identity and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  10. Mentor and support the Digital Marketing Executive in creating content, maintaining digital presence, and analyzing performance.
  11. Coordinate with external consultants and partners to activate marketing initiatives.
