Job Description:

Pretty Green is seeking a B2B Marketing Account Lead to join our award-winning team. The ideal candidate will understand our mission to deliver creative communications that positively impact people, the planet, and performance.

With 17 years of creating award-winning, disruptive communication campaigns rooted in human truth, you will be involved in PR, influencer, social content campaigns, real-world brand experiences, and events that engage and inspire sharing.

The Role:

Reporting to the Business Director, you will work with the PrettyGreen Growth team and broader business to execute comprehensive brand marketing, content, and communication strategies aimed at increasing awareness and positioning PrettyGreen in the UK and global communications industry.

You will collaborate across the agency to create marketing collateral, lead, guide, and mentor the Digital Marketing Executive, and ensure all marketing efforts align with strategic goals.

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, overseeing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media.
  2. Lead content creation that engages target audiences while reflecting the agency's messaging and goals.
  3. Manage and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, influencer marketing, and events to ensure integrated efforts.
  6. Define and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of marketing activities.
  7. Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within marketing strategies.
  8. Work closely with the Brand Director to maintain brand consistency and enhance brand perception.
  9. Lead and support the Digital Marketing Executive in content creation, website and social media management, and performance analysis.
  10. Coordinate external consultants such as PR freelancers, designers, and creatives to activate marketing initiatives.
