Job summary

Legal & General is seeking a B2B Marketing Engagement & Events Manager to shape market engagement, develop event concepts, and drive measurable value within Retail B2B Marketing. You’ll work with Distribution and marketing colleagues to deliver compelling propositions across markets and audiences.

The role focuses on in-person and hybrid events, budget management, and performance evaluation using CRM, Cvent, and audience insights. A strong commercial mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering B2B market engagement or event programmes.
• Experience planning and executing hybrid events.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to explain business value of an event.

Responsibilities

• Build understanding of markets, audiences and landscape to identify engagement opportunities.
• Create creative event propositions and content aligned with audience needs.
• Partner with Distribution to align activity with priorities and sales outcomes.
• Plan and deliver in-person and hybrid events within the B2B programme.
• Manage flagship conferences and relationships with venues, sponsors, speakers.
