Legal & General (L&G) in the UK is seeking a B2B Marketing Engagement & Events Manager for the Retail B2B Marketing team. The role focuses on shaping markets, audiences and commercial priorities, and delivering engaging content and event concepts from planning through delivery and evaluation.

You’ll work with Distribution and B2B colleagues to create measurable value, handling in-person and hybrid events, flagship conferences, and partner relationships.

Formación

• Experience delivering B2B market engagement or event programmes.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to explain business value.
• Ability to translate audience/market insight into propositions and content.
• Strong project management and stakeholder handling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship skills.
• Experience with agencies and external suppliers.
• Comfort with CRM and event tech; openness to AI improvements.
• Financial services or regulated-sector experience is useful, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Understand markets, audiences and competition to identify engagement opportunities.
• Develop creative event propositions and content aligned with business needs.
• Partner with Distribution to align activity with priorities and sales outcomes.
• Plan and deliver in-person and hybrid events across the engagement programme.
• Manage flagship conferences and relationships with venues, sponsors and speakers.
• Manage event budgets, reconciliations and reporting.
• Evaluate performance using audience insight, CRM, Cvent and distribution metrics.
• Ensure compliance and data protection considerations for activity and communications.
