Legal & General Group is seeking a B2B Marketing Engagement & Events Manager to shape and deliver market engagement and events across Retail B2B. You will define what to show, talk about, and how to create measurable business value with Distribution and cross‑functional teams.

You’ll design event concepts, manage delivery end-to-end, and evaluate impact through CRM and attendee data while collaborating with agencies and external suppliers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering B2B market engagement or event programmes.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to explain business purpose behind events.
• Ability to translate audience/market insight into propositions and content.
• Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Build understanding of markets, audiences and competitors to identify engagement opportunities.
• Develop creative event propositions and content aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate with Distribution to align activity with strategic priorities and sales outcomes.
• Plan and deliver in-person and hybrid events in the B2B engagement programme.
• Manage flagship conferences and relationships with venues, suppliers, sponsors, speakers and exhibitors.
• Manage event budgets, reconciliation and reporting.
• Evaluate performance using audience insights, CRM, Cvent and metrics.
• Ensure compliance and data protection in event activity.
