Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with mechanical and electrical contractors and building merchants.
• Contact customers by telephone and email to discuss enquiries, quotations and opportunities.
• Follow up quotations and open opportunities in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide clear product information and develop suitable recommendations with technical colleagues.
• Work with the Regional Account Manager to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and send accurate customer quotations and respond to calls with solutions.
• Update projects and accounts in the CRM system and manage regional deliveries.
