Job summary

The Workshop is seeking an Internal Sales Executive in Romsey, Hampshire. This full-time role offers a basic salary of £26,500–£29,000 with an OTE of around £35,000 and uncapped commissions. You will handle new and existing clients, turning conversations into sales, and manage enquiries with training provided.

Office-based position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with company pension and on-site parking. You will build a robust sales pipeline and maintain CRM records while developing your B2B

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or internal sales within a B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to build relationships and manage multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact prospective customers to develop new business opportunities.
• Qualify incoming enquiries and understand customer requirements.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing customers and dormant accounts.
